The kitchen is built as per HACCP specification and the unit is under certification. The kitchen is equipped with automated machines for grinding, peeling, vegetable cutting etc. The outlet offers varieties of dishes in weights like; solid food is weighed in kilograms and liquid food and beverages in liters. The ready to eat food is packed in customers containers, barring the use of plastic.
